These terms of service (“TOS”) govern the use of our digital products (“Product”). By using our Product, you agree to these TOS and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these TOS, do not use our Product.

6.0 Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Product is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.0 Limitation of Liability:
In no event will we be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.0 Changes to TOS:
We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Product after any changes to these TOS will be deemed acceptance of such changes.
9.0 Governing Law:
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product is provided.
By using our Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these TOS and agree to be bound by them.
